Guest Investor Visa
In accordance with the new regulations ex Act 90/2003, starting from 1st of July 2024 Applications for Guest Investor Visa can only be submitted at the foreign representations of Hungary.
The following supporting documents needed to attach the visa application.
- Signed and filled application form
- Appendix 3
- Two white background photos
- Proof of stay in Hungary Valid plane ticket
- Confirmation of prearranged accomodation (commercial accomodation or lease agreement along with the deed of ownership)
- Travel insurance for at least the first 30 days of stay valid for the Schengen area (minimum coverage shall be EUR 30.000,-)
- Bank account statement (current or savings) up to six months,stocks and bonds, bank balance statement
- Employment and salary certificate from current employer Passport and IRQ ID copy
- All documents in (foreign) needed with the translation.
