Applicants for Hungary Golden Visa (Guest investors) must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a non-EU/EEA citizen.
- Investment: Must fully subscribe to EUR 250,000 real estate investment fund. Only government approved funds qualify
- Accommodation: Rent or own a housing in Hungary
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Background: Must have a clean criminal record and not pose a threat to public order, public safety, or national security of Hungary. Not entered in Schengen information system (SIS).
- Funds: Must demonstrate that the investment funds come from legitimate, verifiable sources.
- Blacklist: Must not be from blacklisted country or sanctioned by UN/EU
- Family members: Spouse and children under18 permitted. Additional costs apply for parents, adult children
