The Sprint funds meets all qualifications set by Government under Guest investor program (GIP) otherwise called Hungarian Golden Visa.
Guest Investor Compliant
Certain dedicated Classes of Investment Units of this Fund are in compliance with the provisions of Act XC of 2023 on the General Rules for the entry and stay of third-country nationals, especially those that are set in Articles 16. and 22. on the Guest Investor Visa and Guest Investor Residence Permit requiring a minimum subscription units of EUR 250,000.

Fund Manager
The Company has been granted its operating license by the Hungarian National Bank (in Hungarian, “Magyar Nemzeti Bank”, hereinafter referred as MNB). This license, issued under No. H-EN-III-265/2024, gave the necessary approval and authorization to the Company to perform management operations and activities related to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFM), including Real-Estate Funds.
SPRINT ASSET Hungária Zrt. shall adapt to the continuous surveillance of the MNB and shall meet all necessary requirements of its funds’ Distributor(s) and Depositary(s) ,The management of the Company is carried out by the Board of Directors and a senior management team, with the internal supervision by the independent Supervisory Board, all of whom has more than 15 years of professional experience.
