A Guest investor permit is a type of residence permit issued for guest investors, granted to a third-country national whose entry and stay in Hungary is in national economic interest due to his/her investments realised in Hungary.
- Application for the issuance of a residence permit may be submitted only in Hungary.
- The Guest investor residence permit is valid for 10 years.
- The Guest investor permit can be renewed upon expiry for another 10 years under the same conditions.
