- Must be above 18 years of age (main applicant)
- Must be able to make the desired financial investment
- Pass background, sanction and security checks
- Absence of criminal record.
- Not listed in schengen SIS database or Interpol.
- Family dependents spouse, and child under 18 permitted.
- Applicant must not be EU/EEA citizens.
Condition – You must complete the investment within 3 months of the visa being issued, and within 3 months of entering the territory of Hungary,
